Introductory dive
An introductory dive is a gentle, guided initiation, accessible to everyone from the age of 8.
• Maximum depth : 6 meters
• Supervision : maximum of 2 people with a certified instructor
• Duration : minimum 40 minutes underwater + briefing
• Number of dives : 1 dive
• Objectives : discovering the underwater world, sensations, breathing, safety
Level 1 – Supervised Diver (up to 20m)
Level 1 is the gateway to the underwater world.
It allows you to dive up to 20 meters, supervised by a professional
• Prerequisites : supervised diving in the mid-zone (max 20 m)
• Minimum age : 12 years old
• Duration : an average of 4 to 6 dives
• Objectives : learning about the equipment, mastering breathing, moving in a dive group, basic safety
Ideal for beginners who want to explore with confidence, supported by caring supervision.
Level 2 – Autonomous Diver 20 m / Supervised 40 m
This level develops autonomy and technique.
It allows you to dive autonomously up to 20 m and supervised up to 40 m.
• Prerequisites : autonomy in the mid-zone (20 m), supervision up to 40 m
• Minimum age : 16 years old
• Duration : an average of 8 to 10 dives, depending on the pace
• Objectives : equipment management, communication, safety, navigation, assistance
Perfect for divers who want to gain freedom while strengthening their skills.
Level 3 – Autonomous Diver up to 60 m
Level 3 is intended for experienced divers.
It allows you to dive autonomously up to 60 meters, according to regulations.
• Prerequisites : full autonomy up to 60 m, without a guide
• Minimum age : 18 years old
• Duration : 10 to 12 dives
• Objectives : safety management, planning, assistance, dive organization
This level marks true maturity in diving, with great freedom and responsibility.
