We understand that unexpected events are part of any journey. Here are our cancellation conditions, designed to respect both your flexibility and our commitment.
Cancellation by the client
- More than 7 days before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
- Between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling possible depending on availability
- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund, except in cases of force majeure (to be assessed on a case-by-case basis)
- No-show on the day of the appointment: No refund
Cancellation on our part
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, technical issues, or ecological reasons (e.g., protection of a sensitive site), the activity may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- We are committed to informing participants as early as possible and offering an alternative that respects both your expectations and the environment.
